Drop Off/Pick Up Policy We will be providing curb side drop off and pick up for campers in a designated location. Drivers are urged to follow the specific driving pattern to ensure safety and avoid traffic issues. Students in before care or after care will need to be escorted to/from the building by a parent/guardian (please park and enter the designated entrance). Late charges apply at $1/minute after care has ended. Please be punctual.
Behavior Policy Good Behavior is a key component to a successful day camp experience. Campers who do not abide by Behavior agreement will be removed from camp. Parents will be contacted if inappropriate behavior continues. Refunds will not be granted when a camper is dismissed. If your child has behavioral concerns and/or special accommodations at school, please let us know so that we can best serve your child. STEAM On summer camps are held in a learning environment, and students are expected to participate fully and be respectful to staff and other students, so that everyone may have a fantastic summer enrichment experience.
Snacks and Lunch If your child has a food allergy or special dietary needs, we ask that you supply them with a personal snack each day. No peanuts or tree nuts are permitted at camp, however dairy, wheat, and other known allergens may be present. Noon care is included for students who attend a full day. Please send a non-refrigerated sack lunch with drink with your child; STEAM On does not provide lunch. Please tell the Camp Director if you child has any allergies or other health concerns.
Cancellation Policy STEAM On reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes for weather and safety concerns, if minimum enrollment is not met, or for other conflicts. In these instances, we will issue a full refund. To ensure we have sufficient supplies, please pre-register online at least 48 hours prior to the camp. We understand plans can change. If you need to change/cancel your registration, it must be completed by email to Info@STEAMOn.net at least 72 hours prior to class. There is a 50% processing fee on all cancellations 72 hours or more prior to the day of the class. There are no refunds within 72 hours of the day of class or after, for cancellations or absences by the attendee(s).
Medication Policy STEAM On does not administer oral or topical medications. Children must be able to administer or take medication by themselves; camp staff cannot administer any type of medication. Required medications must be placed in a Ziploc baggie and properly labeled with child’s name. All medications, including inhalers and epi-pens will be kept in a safe and secure location, unless otherwise directed.

Waivers On your child’s first day of camp, please escort them to the designated area to finalize waivers including liability, health info, photo release, permission to use sunscreen, and similar. Forms will be available to you after you complete online registration.
